When I made this painting my aim was to create colors resonating with hope and to create a flow of bright wet like paint strokes. Although underneath I have started with darker colours in order to represent that this new joyful emotion came out of an old darker period and represents a kind of newly regained strength. This I hope other people can feel when they look at the painting in person.
